Shipping Policy
Acoustic Elegance LLC does not typically sell stocked items. Each woofer we manufacture is a custom unit carefully handcrafted specifically for your order. We have many options for various VC configurations and the ability to customize drivers to fit your specific needs. All steel parts are custom-machined in our facility as needed. As a result, the current lead time is running between 10-16 weeks for any nonstock items, regardless of what the online store estimates for a delivery date. Occasionally depending on workload and parts availability, these lead times may be longer. Please call or email for accurate shipping times if you are on a strict deadline.

Cancelation Policy
As all drivers are custom-built to order, sales are considered final once an order has been paid for. After this point, we cannot allow cancelation on our custom-made drivers. We will be happy to spend time with you prior to your order being placed to guarantee you are getting exactly what you need for your application to prevent the need for any changes. Occasional long delays caused by issues beyond the control of Acoustic Elegance such as parts supply issues do not constitute the ability to cancel an order once paid for. Please be aware of this prior to purchasing.

Warranty Policy
Acoustic Elegance LLC warranties all drivers to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 3 years from the date of original purchase. Each unit is carefully inspected physically, tested and measured, and listened to prior to shipping to nearly eliminate any manufacturing defects. However, in the rare case that service should be necessary this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, Acoustic Elegance LLC at our own discretion will replace or repair the defective merchandise at no charge.

Please note that the following issues are often caused by abuse and may not constitute a warranty claim:
Open voice coil
Burnt or charred voice coil
Bottomed voice coil
Out-gassed voice coil
Voice Coil with a bent former
Burnt tinsel leads
Spider sag
Speakers with silicone caulk used for gasket material
Damaged cone, surround, dustcap, or outer gasket
Damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, chemicals, water, and/or UV radiation
Damage caused by installation slips (screwdriver holes)
Damage caused by negligence, misuse, accident, or abuse
Damage caused during freight or transit
Return shipping on non-defective item
Other items or merchandise to which an Acoustic Elegance LLC product was installed, or used in conjunction with Other items not manufactured by Acoustic Elegance LLC
Items previously repaired or modified by other than Acoustic Elegance LLC

Returns Policy
Prior to any returns Acoustic Elegance LLC will work with you to try to determine whether the issue is covered by warranty. Please contact us prior to returning any drivers to get return info. In the case of a suspected warranty issue, we will issue a UPS electronic call tag for you to return the driver to us at our cost. KEEP YOUR BOXES! Returns will be accepted ONLY IN ORIGINAL ACOUSTIC ELEGANCE PACKAGING! We have worked very hard to design packagaing foam that can allow woofers to successfully survive a trip via UPS without damage. If you do not have the original box, we will sell you one at the cost of $25 for you to return your product. There are no exceptions! We will then inspect the driver to determine whether it is a warranty or abuse issue. In there is a warranty issue, the driver will be rebuilt at no cost and shipping back to the customer. Shipping cost for the rebuilt product will also be covered. In the case of an abuse situation the customer will be charged for the shipping back to Acoustic Elegance LLC, the cost of the rebuild, and shipping back to the customer.
