How do you mount a AV12 correctly???????????

    Good post man, I appreciate it. What pissed me off is that the sub specs state that the ring is .600 inch thick. So I made a flush mount thats .600 thick with my router. 1 week later I get a sub with this massive rubber thing around thats like 1.5 inchs thick. Not flushed anymore! I was thinking of taking the rubber ring out, isntall sub and then use something to go over the ring.

    I suggest in the future waiting until you have the woofer before you begin milling or cutting your wood parts.
